Subscription Renewals

Cancellation Process

You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for remaining time.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Refunds are issued through Paddle and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks can:

  • Result in immediate account suspension
  • Incur additional processing fees
  • Delay resolution of legitimate issues
